Processing Time
We process orders 7 days a week. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $75 or more (before tax). No coupon code is required.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from admin@ankway.co with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to update.
To track your order:
- Visit our Track Your Order page.
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Click "Track."
Note: Tracking information may not update immediately. If your tracking status shows unavailable, please allow a few days for the carrier to update the delivery status.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you may add optional Ankway Shipping Protection to your order. This covers replacement of your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Shipping Protection must be added at the time of purchase — orders without Shipping Protection are not eligible for replacement due to transit issues.
